Cancellation Policy

Plans change. This is our standard cancellation policy; a specific property may state its own terms on its listing, which take precedence.

Standard refunds

• 7+ days before check-in — full refund of the amount paid, less payment-gateway charges.
• 3–7 days before check-in — 50% refund.
• Under 3 days / no-show — non-refundable.

Security deposit

The refundable security deposit, where applicable, is returned in full after check-out, subject to inspection for damage beyond normal wear.

Peak dates

Long weekends and holiday periods may carry stricter, non-refundable terms; these are flagged at the time of booking.

How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@wingoftravel.com with your booking reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
